Dr. Kenneth Kim gave a presentation entitled “Global Development Strategies – Emerging Trends” at the BioKorea 2011 Conference and Exhibition in Coex, Seoul, Korea on September 28, 2011.  The conference was supported by the Korean Government in an effort to help the Korean Biotech Industry grow to world-wide prominence.  Dr. Kim’s presentation focused on recent industry trends to include Asian Patients in early clinical drug development trials to enable more efficient globalization of  later stage trials.  He also presented examples of innovative phase I study designs including various Asian groups. There were 20,000 attendees from 500 companies from over 30 countries at the conference.
