West Coast Clinical Trials, LLC (WCCT), is an independent Early Phase Clinical CRO with a 120-bed telemetry equipped 30,000 sq. ft. Phase I facility located in Southern California. WCCT has a unique focus on Ethno-bridging studies including Japanese bridging/population trials. In addition, we have extensive experience with healthy volunteer studies including First-in-Human (FIH) as well as specific therapeutic expertise in Allergy, Asthma, Infectious Disease, Pediatric, Renal, Serial ECGs, and Vaccines.

Job Description:
We currently are looking for a Full – Time Project Manager. The Project Manager must effectively manage several aspects of a clinical trial in which full service capabilities are awarded to WCCT. The Project Manager must effectively oversee and ensure study timelines are met. This may involve managing and coordinating in the areas of protocol writing, CRF design, monitoring of study data, as well as Data Management/Statistics/Medical Writing.
Requirements:
- BS or higher in a related field or Completion of an allied health degree (e.g., Licensed Vocational Nurse)
- Project Manager experience, at least 1 year, or Clinical Research Monitor experience at least 2 years for Phase I-IV preferred
- Minimum of 3 years clinical research experience required
- Requires a thorough knowledge of the:
- Drug development process
- Clinical trial management
- Clinical monitoring
- FDA regulations and ICH Guidelines
- CCRC Certification required
- BLS Certification required
